Esotiq & Henderson Group continued to grow its sales and develop its omnichannel model in 2025, generating revenue of PLN 323.6 million, up 8.5% year-on-year. Online sales reached a record PLN 97.1 million, representing growth of 31% year-on-year and confirming the strategic importance of e-commerce as one of the Group’s key business pillars. Gross margin remained high at approximately 67%.
In 2025, the Group generated gross profit on sales of PLN 216.9 million, up 7.8% year-on-year, EBITDA of PLN 31.7 million, down 11.8% year-on-year, EBIT of PLN 14.8 million, down 20.0% year-on-year, and net profit of PLN 7.8 million, down 29.4% year-on-year. The decline in operating profit and net profit was driven by increased investment in growth, particularly logistics transformation, marketing, and higher finance costs. The Company views these costs as temporary and as part of a deliberate investment strategy aimed at further scaling the business.
In 2025, franchise stores generated PLN 101.4 million in revenue, accounting for 31.3% of the total, while the e-commerce channel contributed PLN 97.1 million, or 30.0%, and owned stores generated PLN 68.8 million, or 21.3%. The revenue mix confirms the growing role of the online channel, alongside the stable position of brick-and-mortar and franchise sales.
The fourth quarter of 2025 was a particularly strong sales period. Black Friday and the holiday season translated into revenue of PLN 88.7 million and confirmed the increasing effectiveness of synergies between online and offline channels. During this period, the Group opened a store in the Arkadia shopping centre and launched a partnership with Julia Wieniawa, introducing a fragrance line endorsed by the artist.
“2025 was a year of investment in the development of our organisation and technology. We are seeing a clear increase in the importance of e-commerce, as well as stronger integration between online and offline sales. We are entering the next year with solid foundations for further growth,” said Julka Justyna Derdzikowska, CEO of Esotiq & Henderson.
Over the past year, the Group continued its operational and technological development. A key project was the launch of cooperation with InPost under a 3PL model, which reduced order fulfilment times to approximately 24 hours and significantly improved the quality of customer service. At the same time, the Group continued initiatives aimed at optimising logistics processes, including returns handling.
A significant step in the Group’s technology transformation was the implementation of an ERP system integrating sales, procurement, warehousing, logistics, finance and reporting processes. The system is scheduled for full go-live in 2026 and is expected to improve operational efficiency and the quality of data management.
The Group also began implementing artificial intelligence-based solutions to support sales, customer service and the optimisation of internal processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and the customer experience.
At the end of 2025, the Group’s brick-and-mortar sales network in Poland comprised 266 stores, including 193 franchise stores and 72 owned stores, with a total retail area of 18,216 sqm. Esotiq products were available across Central, Eastern and Southern Europe, in the Balkans and in selected Central Asian markets.
In 2025, the Group also expanded its product offering by launching the Esotiq Bloovii, Sensual and Shapewear lines, which were very well received by customers and partners. The Esotiq Club community continued to grow dynamically, reaching 1.66 million female users at the end of 2025, while mobile app downloads reached 753,000.
According to preliminary data for the first quarter of 2026, the Group generated approximately PLN 71.7 million in revenue, up 8% year-on-year, including PLN 27.9 million from online sales, up 20% year-on-year. Gross margin stood at approximately 64%.
“The first-quarter 2026 results confirm that we are maintaining strong sales momentum, particularly in the online channel. We are focused on further growth, improving profitability and leveraging the benefits of the investments carried out in 2025,” added the CEO.
